We regularly work as a pure execution contractor, alongside architects and engineering practices who need a builder able to read a detail and build it as drawn.

Tender drawings are only worth something if they are followed. Our commitment in one sentence: no decision about your details or materials is taken on site without your written agreement.
Quantities and pricing
We provide an itemised bill of quantities, with assumptions stated and variants priced separately. Inconsistencies found in the file are flagged at tender stage, not discovered mid-site.
Coordination
One project manager runs the trades, holds the schedule and sends you a weekly photo report. Site meetings are held on fixed days, with written minutes.
Execution
Critical details — junctions, thresholds, shadow gaps, cut-outs — are prepared in advance on shop drawings and approved with you before manufacture. Whatever will be covered up is photographed and archived.
Handover
Snagging list cleared item by item, complete technical file handed over: product sheets, RGIE certificates, warranties and as-built drawings.

To be provided names of the architectural practices worked with, with their written agreement. No logo will be shown without permission.

Send us the tender drawings or the preliminary design: plans, specification, quantities if they exist. We come back within five working days with our questions, and an itemised offer after that.
