Group Construct renovates and transforms townhouses, villas and apartments in Brussels and its southern edge. We are an execution contractor: we build, we do not sell studies.
[ Our history ]
Founded in 2002, the company was built on a simple model: keep coordination and the structural trades in-house, and always work with the same craftsmen for the rest.
That continuity explains most of what we know how to do. A plasterer who has worked with us for fifteen years knows the standard expected without being told. A metalworker who has already bent three handrails for our sites knows how we survey a stairwell.
Our sites stay within a deliberately tight radius — Brussels and its southern edge — because a project manager spending two hours on the road is not spending two hours on site.
