Only what you send us through the contact form: name, email, phone, municipality, project description and, where applicable, the photographs or drawings attached.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your request and, if you take it further, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention period

Three years from the last contact for requests without follow-up; the statutory accounting retention period and the ten-year liability period for files that led to works.

Recipients

Your data is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with our technical processors (host, mail service) strictly as needed.

Cookies and analytics

No analytics or advertising cookie is set without your prior consent. Declining is as simple as accepting and limits no feature. To be provided analytics tool chosen — Plausible or cookieless Matomo.

Your rights
