Fifteen trades, one coordinating team
Some are on our payroll, others are craftsmen we have worked with for more than ten years. Either way, we are the ones answering to you for the result.

A contractor equal to your drawings
We regularly work as a pure execution contractor: close reading of details, fast quantities, trade coordination, weekly photo reporting and strict adherence to the tender drawings. Your material choices are never decided on site without your agreement.

[ Frequent questions ]
What people ask before signing
What does a full renovation cost in Brussels?
There is no honest price per square metre: everything depends on the condition of the structure, the level of finish and the services to be renewed. What we can give from the first visit is a reasoned order of magnitude, then a quote itemised line by line. We would rather give a high figure that holds than a low one that drifts.
How quickly do you reply?
Two working days for a first response, five days to arrange the visit. The itemised quote follows within two to three weeks depending on the size of the project, because it means consulting our partners.
Will you work with my architect?
Yes, and it is in fact our most frequent set-up. We then act as a pure execution contractor: we price the tender documents, respect the details and change nothing without written agreement.
What warranties cover the works?
Ten-year liability on everything affecting stability and the weathertight shell, compulsory in Belgium, plus our professional indemnity. The certificates come with the quote, not promised for later.
Can I stay in the property during the works?
On a heavy renovation, rarely: water and electricity are cut in phases. Where possible we split the site into zones to keep part of the home habitable, and we say plainly when that is not possible.
Do you work outside Brussels?
Within roughly twenty kilometres of Forest. Beyond that, a project manager spends more time on the road than on site, and the quality shows it. We would rather say so than accept and do it badly.
