Finishes are what you will see every day for twenty years. They are also the first thing a buyer looks at. Our teams have worked with the same plasterers, tilers and painters for years, which keeps the standard constant from one site to the next.

Is the RGIE inspection included?
Yes. Any new or modified electrical installation is presented to an approved body, and the report is handed over with the completion file.
Can you restore existing mouldings?
Yes, by casting from a sound section and pulling the missing pieces. It is often cheaper than full replacement and keeps the original profile.
Who chooses the materials?
You do, with our technical advice. The quote names the brands and references retained; any substitution goes through your written agreement.
How long for a complete apartment?
Four to seven months depending on the area and the complexity of the services.
Is the site cleaned every day?
Yes, and communal access is protected. In occupied buildings, that is what makes the difference with the neighbours.
